The Series Rules (which are the same same for the British Series as well as regional series) are basically the same. However, individual race organisers may apply slightly different provisions, and there is an annex covering the specific provisions for Scottish races.

They are published here, though, with proposed changes marked, so that race organisers can see see what the technical provisions of race organisation are. The final Rules for 2024 will replace them once approved.
